BJS operates and maintains precision machining in parallel with the latest measuring
equipment ensuring that parts are made repeatedly make accurately to size.
The photo to the left shows a recently purchased Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine installed in our Quality Assurance
Department. Physical checks are made to all industrial components to ensure consistancy and that they meet the customer tolerances.

Solution maintenace is assured using both wet analysis and AAS analysis
of metalic content of the electroplating and electroforming solutions.
The photograph above shows a Perkin Elmer AA100 being used to analyse
the amount of silver within a silver electroforming solution.
